During the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, which traversed the diverse landscapes from Manipur to Mumbai, countless young individuals approached Rahul Gandhi, expressing their deep concerns and heartache over the Agni Veer policy. This initiative, intended to foster opportunities, inadvertently cast a shadow of uncertainty over the future of many young aspirants. In response to these heartfelt appeals, Rahul Gandhi launched the Jai Jawan Campaign as a pivotal component of the yatra.

A key element of this campaign was the creation of Jayjawan.in, an innovative web-based platform designed to unite and empower the youth affected by the Agni Veer policy. This digital space not only allows individuals to articulate their experiences and challenges but also provides a repository for them to share relevant documents. Moreover, participants receive a certificate of participation, acknowledging their engagement and resilience.

The Jai Jawan initiative has made a significant impact, having successfully reached over 100,000 young applicants of the Agni Veer programme. This platform has facilitated a connection between Congress party members and the youth, fostering a supportive network that addresses their grievances and aspirations.
